Here to Stay

Good Shepherd has been a part of the community for 47 years, and we’re excited about what the future holds! We believe the Kingdom of God is always moving forward, and nothing can stop its progress. Thanks to the incredible generosity of those who came before us, we’ve been blessed with a paid-off building and a strong culture of giving. Instead of resting on our past, we felt called to keep pressing forward and building.


In the Fall of 2021, we boldly declared that our church is "Here to Stay." With the sacrificial giving of our congregation, we've made some incredible upgrades to our space. We’ve completely renovated the Main Auditorium, Early Childhood areas, and all four of our main bathrooms.


Now, we’re gearing up for the next phase of improvements, and we’d love for you to be a part of what God is doing here. We’re just getting started!

2025 Projects

We’ve got some exciting updates ahead! We’re continuing the fire sprinkler system upgrade we started in 2024 by adding smoke detection in the Main Auditorium and installing alarms throughout the building. These improvements are key to ensuring we’re up to code and keeping everyone safe.

2024


In March 2024, we gave all four of our main bathrooms a full renovation! We added six new toilets to help with our busy Sunday traffic and made sure every restroom is now ADA compliant.


2023


In 2023, we turned our focus to the kids' classrooms around the main hall. We upgraded all nine spaces, improving the preschool areas and adding fresh air and A/C to create a more inviting, comfortable environment for our little ones.




2021/2022


We revamped our Auditorium with a new sound system and A/C, making it an even better place to welcome guests and share the story of Jesus.
