In November 2008, Front Porch Ministry opened it’s doors to the homeless and hungry of Loveland.
Nine years later, over 60,000 meals and counting have been served with love and compassion. Some of the people who come through Front Porch’s doors are homeless and addicted and made poor choices. Others have had violence and neglect forced on them. Front Porch helps restore the dignity and identity of those who are hungry, homeless, and hurting.
Good Shepherd Church has partnered with Front Porch over the last five years. We prepare, provide, and serve the lunch meal the first, third, and fifth Wednesdays of the month. Serving with Front Porch is an amazing opportunity to put your compassion to work and be the answer to someone’s prayer.
